    🚨 SBA RULE UPDATE... This time.. Not a good one 😞 Yesterday, SBA issued SBA Procedural Notice 5000-851789 to "correct and revert" some of the recent changes to the refinance program.👍 The Good News:Some of the changes remained👎 The Really Bad News:The most exciting ones have been "reverted"Bottom line:◾ The 20% Cap on Cash-Out is Back - with an all-in LTV of 85% What does this mean? We can only Cash-Out 20% of the Appraised Value, to a max LTV of 85%.So if a borrower is currently at 40% LTV, we can only take them up to 60% LTV due to the 20% Cap.Major Bummer as we were already working with small business owners that were looking to benefit from the positive change 🤦♂️ I got a bunch of people excited about this change.For that, I need to apologize and ask you to forget everything I said.Now that I think of it, please look into this light 😎 #SBA504 #Refinance #RuleUpdate #ForgetWhatISaid
